Amir Nassiri was born in 1979 in Tehran. He was young when he started learning photography at Iran Photographers House. He continued learning photography at the Faculty of Art and Architecture. After he obtained his degree in Industrial Design, he spent 5 years experiencing in form, space and sculpture. For 13 years, he has been participating at metalworking and jewelry courses and workshops, diligently learning various jewelry techniques, styles and approaches. In the recent years, contemporary jewelry has been his preoccupation. Anything whose structure suggests our existence, inspires him to recreate and reconstruct. He does not have deconstructive tendencies; he explores the structures trying to show us what goes on within them.
