The perceived world should be rediscovered. Each of us, before being a “consciousness,” is a body that “perceives and shapes the world”. By reconnecting with the body and the world as stated, we will rediscover ourselves; because, since we perceive through our body, this body is a natural self and in other words, the subject of perception.
